The Front Room Tavern is a four-star restaurant conveniently located in The Lumen Hotel, with access to the hotel's four unique private and semi-private event spaces, all featuring our specially curated catering menu. Our expert staff will help you pick the perfect setting and go over every detail with you to ensure a successful and memorable event.
With great views of the pool and surrounding neighborhood, The Cube is an open space available for private parties. We can host up to 100 guests with a cocktail set up, 50 people for a sit down meal, and 70-80 guests for a buffet style event with limited seating.
With the ability to turn the pool into a dance floor, our Pool Side events have a unique flare you can’t find anywhere else. Our pool can host a plated dinner for up to 120 guests, and a cocktail reception with limited seating for up to 90 guests, all with the option to bring the outdoors in using our elegant tent to cover the entire space for events hosted September-March.
Roof Top Terrace
We can host up to 70 guests for plated dinner, and 100-120 for a cocktail reception with limited seating on our Rooftop Terrace. Let the sun shine on you and your guests for an event any time of year that features beautiful views of Dallas and Southern Methodist University.
For a unique indoor event, the Photon Room can host up to 60 guests for a reception or meeting year round. With projection and video capabilities, the Photon Room provides the perfect setting for any occasion, from a business presentation to an intimate evening with loved ones.
